The Titans have a long history of signing re-tread wide receivers - Crumpler, Moulds, Pickens, Thigpen, etc..
I think one good question would be - How many times has a re-tread wide receiver panned out for the Titans. Who have been the best Titans receivers and where did we get them? Draft, free agency?
